If you need on-going administrative support or have projects that need to be completed on a monthly basis you may wish to take advantage of one of the monthly retainer service plans. These plans guarantee a set fee for a reserved number of hours per month. Payment must be submitted before the first of the month in which the service is to be provided for. All payments are deemed non-refundable and any hours not used within the month will not be carried forward unless otherwise arranged. Should you exceed the allocated pre-paid hours per month you will be billed at the standard hourly rate for the extra hours in the following month’s billing invoice.
